Standard delivery is FREE and will take 3-5 days.

Express Delivery is charged at £2.99 and will shorten shipping times to between 1-3 days.



European Countries

Sorry, but due to the implications of Brexit we are not currently shipping to any European/EU countries. We hope to reinstate this service soon.


International Shipping

Sorry, this is not currently available.


How will my order be delivered?

All UK deliveries will currently be sent by Royal Mail which will endeavour to deliver within 3-5 working days for Standard shipping and 1-3 working days for Express shipping.

If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

Upon delivery, Users must verify the content of the delivery and report anomalies without undue delay, using the contact details provided in this document. Users may refuse to accept the parcel if visibly damaged.


Returns & Replacements

We are committed to providing great products and customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unopened condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

We can only accept returns on unopened goods or faulty goods only.

We’ll happily refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. Simply send us proof of return postage and we’ll add this to the refund. Please note we do not offer free returns if the product is being returned due to customer error/change of mind.

Returning items by mail

Fill out the following information on the back of your invoice when you return the goods:

  • Please email before sending your items back to arrange a return.
  • State the item(s) you are returning and order number.
  • State the reason for the return.
  • We then will confirm the address you need to return the item to.
  • Package the return securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the email invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
  • If the return is due to a fault of our own, please email us proof of postage and we add this to the refund.
  • Please note that refunds for cancellation and/or returns will be processed in the same form of payment originally used.
